Hello, i want to pay something online with my mobile bill, but it says my o2 account is not authorized for that, why? I pay all my bills on time, have done it before and now not possible?

Can this be fixed, since i need it.

Get a prepaid credit card from N26, use that for payments.

pay per bill is a black box, even for mods here. Mostly it fixes itself after 7 days.

I dont know how long its not working, since i have not used it for a long time. And i have no interest in N26, that was not my question.

N26 is just an example. There are plenty of alternatives. Nobody here can influence the possibility to use your mobile bill to make payments and these are automatic processes. Either you have reached your limit for this month, a temporary security block has been applied, which is usually removed after 7 days, or your SIM card has a permanent block for 3rd party services. Or you have set up a block yourself.

But i dont need an alternative, i have an online bank account lol. I just want paying with my phone to work. It has worked before so would be bit weird if its now suddenly not allowed. I never am behind on a payment. If i would have blocked it myself, i would not know, i dont think i did that.

It is not that weird. You might just have a low limit. Or the billing system might have identified unusual purchasing patterns.

Hi @IngeOlly

did you use WiFi when you try to do the payment? If I got you right you haven’t used this kind of payment method for a long time. So the online shop refuses it because it has to make sure at first if the telephone number still exists and there is a contract behind it. So please turn your WiFi off and choose the Mobile data to authorizise the payment.

No i dont have wifi so, i only have my mobile data. And this is another shop where i want to buy something then the one i have bought from before.

I already found the solution, thank you;)

Which was?
