thank you for your reply. I wanted to extend my contract and get 20GB at 19.99 euros per month contract for young people. However, when I called your customer service to do that, customer service said that I can not extend my current contract and get 20GB at 19.99. I can only do it if I cancel my current contract and then apply for this after 6 months or I pay the remaining cost and sign a new contract (20GB) now.
If I extend my current contract (15GB), it would cost me 24.99 euros after you people discount. whereas, the current offer for young people is 20GB at 19.99. It does not make sense as I am under 28 years old and O2 customer but I can not get the deal for young people at 19.99 euros.
So, I am still interest in the 20GB at 19.99 euros per month offer. If possible then I want to migrate from my current contract to 20GB, 19.99. If not then I have to cancel my contract and may be look for better opportunity else where.
Let me know if there is a offer for me. I like O2 and wish to stay with it.

the offer that you are refering to is a special time limited offer for a new contract. So you can also benefit from this offer but it would mean that you would have a second contract with us.
I think you don’t really want a second contract, right? Unfortunately we do not always have the possibility to offer the same discounts and rebates from special cmpaigns. :-/
