Can I keep my number after contract cancellation?

Hi! 

I dont live in Germany anymore but I still want to keep my phone number cause of several reasons. 

At the moment I have O2 Grow tariff - 29,99€ month, and would like to cancel and switch for something cheaper. Is it possible to cancel the contract and keep the same number without changing operator? Is it possible to buy guthaben karte for the same number after contract cancellation? 

I triet to optimize my contract online but theres a bug - page is not loading propely (pic attached)

The white label indicates a payment problem, so check your bill/annual overview to see if there's an outstanding balance.

Without a German contact address, you can no longer have a contract with o2.

There is no outstanding balance, I have only recieved a new bill for this month though and its being deducted from my bank accout. I called customer support and they told me I can switch to cheaper tarif but line suddenly disconnected.
