Hello @dbail,

thanks for the feedback! :relieved:
I just checked again and yes - you can cancel the contract at any time. Your regular contract period is already over and after that it is now always possible to cancel within one month! If you have sent in your notice of termination, it will all work.
And yes, I can absolutely understand that in the digital world we live in today, cancelling by letter is inconvenient. However, it is currently still one of the options and will certainly remain so. In the course of the year, however, there will also be an innovation in the process. As of now, however, the letter is a good option!

Kind regards

Hello @dbail,

welcome to the community and thank you for your enquiry.
Quick question:
Did you take out the new Unlimited tariff as a partner tariff with a combination benefit? The Combi advantage (if available) is only available in combination. As soon as the original initial tariff is no longer available, the combination discount no longer applies.
In addition, you can of course cancel your tariff at any time at the end of the term. The termination then becomes the agreed end of the contract. A reduction of the contract during the term may also be possible, we will check this option individually. However, this could result in additional switching costs (fee for reduction). After a change during the contract period, however, there are no discounts. You then pay the normal basic fee until the normal end of the contract.

What applies to you and what would be your wish in this matter?

Kind regards
