I have o2 unlimited pack and i pay 10 euros monthly for additional sim which I am using in another phone.
When someone calls my number , i receive call on only 1 sim card , not both.
I have checked the sim card settings also set to “when someone calls “ ring sim 1 and ring sim 2 both.
Its very annoying that I am not getting calls on additional sim

I use the multicard for unlimited pack-------Yes multicard has same phone number.
No sim is not in data card.

I see both SIM-cards and both should ring at incoming calls, just as you mentioned. Have you tried to deactivate it at the multicard and then activate the option again?

Hi , Yes ,
I have tried the option several times , the only way I get a call on my 2nd sim is : if i deactivate my first sim which is obviously not the true purpose of multi card .
Can you please help me resolve this issue ?
