hi, i have booked a contract with Deinhandy and O2. Unfortunately, Deinhandy cannot approve my contract because there was a problem with my data. They said that my contract will all be cancelled,including my O2 contract. But recently i got e-mail from O2 that they will charge me about 40euros, and the problem is i dont even have the phone or the Simcard with me. so they charge me for nothing… 40euros is not a small amount for me and what im concern is, will O2 charge me money for the next 24month??

i haven’t heard from them,but i already emailed them about the problem. and yes,its their responsibilities,but i try my luck here if some of you might know the solution

“According to our system, your order has unfortunately been canceled. Orders from our side will only be canceled if the customer data provided do not match the actual customer or contractual partner or are not up to date. At this point, we cannot find out exactly what data this was from our system. To do this, we would have to contact our customer center again. However, you should also have received an email with this information.
We will immediately send the cancellation to the provider, so that the entire order including the contract will be canceled. Even if this has already activated your contract, it is our responsibility to check all information thoroughly.
So if you want to order from us again, you should not hesitate and make sure that you enter all the details correctly.”
