Hello how are you, through the website I bought an iPhone 14 pro max, I moved city but still the day of delivery of the package could be at that time, but it turns out that the same day they send me the DHL tracking number to enter where the package goes, It turns out that the same day the package was not delivered because there was no one at home, I know that I am as much to blame as O2, my fault for putting an address where just at that time there would be no one, and O2's fault for sending me the tracking number at the same time that the package was at the door of my house.
Now it turns out that the package is going to be returned to the sender, I already paid for the cell phone, I called the support number in English but it was not clear if the package is going to be returned and my silver will be returned to me or the package will go to my new address. I don't know where to call or what email to send a message as neither the app nor the website has one.

This is of course a very annoying situation. Generally, devices that are returned to o2 are completely returned. Of course, you will also get your deposit back.
I would advise you to wait until the return is complete before you can order a new device.
