buy new prepaid plan

hello, i’ve deleted my old prepaid plan and I’d like to buy the o2 M with 6 giga per month. i have enough credit but i cant buy it neither with the app or the website. is it normal? i’ve tried for almost 1 hour already

    hi, is your credit still valid?

    Dial * 102 # to check the validity

     

    The credit does not expire either. If the card is not topped up within 6 months after the last top-up, the available credit will be frozen in the following month. If credit is to be topped up again, the frozen credit is released again.

      yes i have 38 euro valid till may 2022 and the plan i want to buy is 15 euro!
