I was looking at the options for data pack for my prepaid sim and accidentally bought the wrong data pack (prepaid XL). I wanted to get the O2 prepaid L (25 GB one, smartphone). I immediately unsubscribed but I didn't get the balance back. Please guide me on how to proceed.
