I left Germany on August 1st 2019, and ended the contract before I left. I was charged for the cancellation. But after that, I still got bill for September. Can someone fix it?
Mobile or broadband? What timeframe does the invoice cover and what has been charged? Ended the contract = properly terminated and confirmed contract end on which date?
Handy. Now they charged me. What should I do? Close the bank account that they automatically charge do the money? Any possibility to get the refund?
I had a confirmation letter from them in July, confirming the end of my contract.

Unfortunately I haven’t seen it in my account. How long does it take for the reimbursement to reach me? Can you double check to see it’s issued? Also, please double check to make sure the contract has been cancelled. Given my past experience, I have to remind you again....
Sorry, I meant I have NOT seen the reimbursement for September of 29.99 euro in my account. Please do not ignore it.

be sure, I don´t ignore it!



I checked it one time more, in the next days you get a paying out to that bank account that is disposited in your costumer data.



Please check your bank account in the next days if you get the money. And please notice, that the paying out could take 14 days time.



And I also checked it one time more: Your contract is cancelled and there is no account anymore.

Unfortunately they charged me another 2 euro for the time between Sep 3rd and Oct 2nd. It is a small amount, but I thought I already cancelled the contract in August and paid the penalty. This problem is still not solved completely. It has been quite annoying.

the amount of 2 € will be charged to your account, as stated in the invoice. At the same time however I arranged a transfer of the same amount to your bank account, which will take place within 1- 2 weeks.
