bill paid but still showing in next 2 month billig

Hi, 

I paid November month Bill but still I can see the amount added to next month Bill cycle and also in Jan.2024 Bill cycle.

welcome to our o2 Community 😀Das Geld ist am 05.01.2024 eingegangen.
The money was received on 05.01.2024. In the last invoice you can't see that the invoice has already been created.
Only the amount from the invoice from 8 January 2024, which you can find under "Rechnungsbetrag", is still open.
