Hi, due to less money in my bank account, one of the bill was not paid in time. I paid it by transferring money to an IBAN given in the FAQs section, but I am not sure if this is the right way to do or not. Please guide me, how to confirm if this money is paid to the right account?

Hello @humiwaz ,

good that you have already transferred the outstanding invoice amount to us. It is important that you have indicated your customer number in the payment reference. 
If you have not indicated this, then the amount can not be assigned to your customer account. 
In this case, please call our English hotline directly on Monday, so that the amount can be searched and transferred to your customer account.
