I received an email that my order has been sent and have been waiting for it, only to see that it has been returned to sender.

What happened?

 

Will it be sent again to me or will my order be cancelled?

 

Can I order a new one right now?

If an order is returned, it will be cancelled. You would then have to order again.

    It's obviously annoying that your order couldn't be delivered and has now been returned to us. Your inquiry is therefore understandable. I see that Bumer has already given you the correct answer here, and I agree with it. Tahnk you💐
    We can't see why the order was returned here, as you are registered with a prospective customer account and we therefore don't have access to your data.
