I wanted to change my bank account for sepa. But for that I need to register and create account which requires vertragsnummer and personal 4 digit pin . I dont remember my 4 digit pin. How can I change the bank account

my vertrags nummer is :xxxxxxxx

Please refrain from posting any personal data here.Your personal customer number can be found in your contract documents. If you no longer have these, you can have them sent to you by mail. Alternatively, you can request your bank details by mail using the appropriate form. You can find the form here. Fill this out once and send it to us by mail or fax.😊
