Was your transfer related to a prepaid plan that you wanted to top up or a postpaid plan?
Since you've already mentioned here that you forgot to include the phone number in the reference field, I strongly suspect it's a prepaid plan.
So, if you have a prepaid plan, you have the option to contact the prepaid department directly by phone (german speakting Hotline):
