Hallo.
I transferred my O2 Mobile M Boost plan to my prepaid card number.
Now my O2 Mobile M Boost is using my previous prepaid card number.
The issue is that my prepaid card still had a balance, and I can no longer see it.
Will the balance be refunded, or will it be used for my O2 Mobile M Boost?

The balance will be refunded with the date your number switched from your prepaid, which will then be deactivated - to your postpaid plan.
Then it will be deducted from your monthly fee, which you can then see with your fdollowing monthly bill
