Dear O2 team, 

I had 33 Euros in my account and also I was subscribed to 24 GB package (promotional). It was going to expire on 10th Feb so I topped it up with 33 Euros. Now on 10th February, when I checked my balance whole 33 euros were gone and no package was subscribed as well. Can you please help in this how it can happen and where is my money? I again loaded 25 Euros today but I want to know where is my 33 Euros? Thank You

Hello @Hassan Tariq, I have just checked the system using the phone number registered here. 💙

Unfortunately, I can only see that the o2 Prepaid L package was deactivated on 11th February.

Regarding the 33 EUR, I'm unable to determine where they went, as they likely represent costs for data usage or connections.

However, it appears that someone from your end has already been in contact with our colleagues, and the itemized bill (EVN) will be sent to you, where these connections should be visible.
