So i have awful experience with o2 operators. The hotline and the verification process too! I gave my

card informations, Took a picture of my passport and once i got in video call with the agents all off them just drop off my call because they DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Plus the hotline center too. No answer at all. Now my card is not registered and I can’t do the verification process again of some reason ? I guess because the agents disconnected my call more than 5 times. And now what am i supposed to do? Where can i send my sim card info and my passport info? Who can register my card when i needed it the most and there is no o2 store around me ????

I'm sorry that you had problems with the video identification process. Alternatively, you can usually use the POSTIDENT procedure and show your ID/passport at a post office.

It is also possible to authenticate yourself in most o2 shops.
