Hello, I recently subscribed to the o2 Mobile M Boost Flex plan (50 GB+) for €34.99 per month. On September 2, 2024, I got an email from the o2 team saying I would receive a letter with the QR code to activate my eSIM within 6 business days. However, as of today, September 27, 2024, I still haven’t received the letter.
On September 23, 2024, I received another email confirming that my service was activated and providing my mobile and landline numbers. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to add the eSIM to my device because I don’t have the QR code.
Could you please help me resolve this issue and let me know the next steps to activate my eSIM?
