Hello there! I have noticed that my data consumption shows a lot of higher in the app. Even tho my limit is 46GB it shows I have consumed almost 80GB. Sometimes I open the app and shows the correct amount data consumed (40GB). I check it frequently so I am sure I haven’t surpassed my limits. I hope that won’t create any extra charges. I have screenshot of both cases. Please let me know if I should do something!

What Tarif do you have for your contract? 

Are you using its mobile data inside of Germany or for example in an EU country?

Hi! Currently I’m using it outside Germany but I’m Europe, as I’m on holidays.

 

i have unlimited data and phone calls within Germany

the usage display can be delayed in some cases (maintenance etc.). Do you maybe have a data usage count implemented in your phones operation system to track it in realtime while you are on holidays?
