Hi hope you are great!

Firstly, I know I am stupid for signing into this awful contract. I wasn’t desperatr and didnt see opther options at the time. I am just so confused as to why it was even an option in the first place.

So yes, I am paying on average €34 monthly for 10 measly GB of internet. I get charged extra for calls and texts 🙂 Like I don’t know how this is a thing. Try convince me how thats a good deal? 16.99 for the fiorst 6 months. Cool. Even at 16.99 it’s still a terible deal. I’m the only person I know paying this high. And it’s a two year contract. I didnt even get a phone or anything.

Back home I can get 250GB for 20€ without contract!

I beg you to help me change something. Ive been into the shop contless times and all they had to say was €5 off if i stay an extra year… lol

If you can’t offer me something allong the lines of what other normal people are paying then I will mark the date of my contract end and leave o2 and throw a party to celebrate. I can’t wait.

Oh really? Nearly forgot what country I am in. I am just mentioning my home to show how messed up the pricing is in Germany.

It’s O2 Free M Online. It ends In April 2020 (24 months). I have talked to the O2 shops countless times and they can’t do anything for me. I’m just on here to see if theres someone with a heart (from o2 maybe) that can help me get a fair price for what I’m getting.

O2 Free M has sms and fon flat for German numbers. You can book a pack for calling outside countries.

I hope you noticed that you are paying for 2 contracts: one is the tariff “o2 Free S” with 1 GB data-volume for 19,99 € and one is the tariff “o2 Free M Kombi” with 10 GB data-volume for 14,99 €. As you agreed to these contracts in one of our shops on 5th April 2019, there is no way to cancel your contracts immediately. 

 

But as you mentioned that you would like to get a good offer for these contracts, just check here: http://g.o2.de/vvl Hopefully, you will find there a good offer for you. 

 

But note that we only can give you a good offer by prolonging your contracts for 24 months. The 24 months will start as soon as you agreed to one of our offers.

and yes I know about the second number. I really don’t understand why i signed up for this.

 

Thanks for your help. But it looks like there’s nothing i can do to improve my situation so i will definitely be ending both my contracts in April. 
 

ive already submitted cancellation forms for both contracts.

Hi Andrea. I have always been on pre pay and it was a mistake to go on a bill. I will switch to someone else I’m afraid because I have wasted so much money on O2 (my fault). 
 

last month was 38 euro for something i could easily get 10GB for 10€. 
 

So no i won’t be renewing my contract. No way.
