Age restriction

I have just changed my plans in O2 and today my number exchange has finalised. The problem is apparently I have got a age restriction with this new plan even though I am 25 years old. The plan I am using is for students as I am one. What can I do to remove this age restriction?

I have resolved the problem. While manually setting the internet settings, the o2 page says only choose IPv6 where IPv4/IPv6 should be selected for APN protocol. This situation causes trouble with various Web pages uses https and mobile applications.
