After the contract update my bill is higher than agreed on


Hello,

 

I’m an existing customer with O2 for few years now and last month I got a phone call with from your colleague that I would be able to get 10GB of internet additionally for free with the contract that I currently have. I have notice that when my bill was issued, instead of paying 21,99€ which is what I agreed on, I payed over 27€. Can you please research this issue and get back to me as soon as possible? Unfortunately I’m not able to open any of my invoices as your website is not allowing me to do so.

welcome to our English Community. 

 

I regret that there was obviously somehow a misunderstanding when you agreed in December 2020 to a tariff-change. 

 

Please be aware of the fact that with a tariff-change you loose all discounts that you had before. Therefore, you now have the tariff “o2 Free M” with 20 GB data-volume. 

 

Unfortunately, the 14 days-withdrawal-period is already over. Therefore, you only have the chance to prolong your contract for further 24 months. We can then check if you have the chance for another discount. 

 

Do you like to have also a new phone together with the offer?

Please check also if your e-mail-address is still correct.

thank you for your reply. I would be really happy if you would be able to send me some offers on my email address for Samsung and Huawei phones that would be as part of the offer with my current package “o2 Free M”.

I am happy that you are interested in an offer for an extension for further 24 months.  

 

Can you be a bit more specific which hardware you desire? We have plenty of different Samsung and Huawei-versions on stock. Just have a look here: Available devices
