address change for 5g router

Hello o2 team,

 

I am moving to live in different district of Berlin (ZIP14197 → ZIP12437). Is there a way ro reregister my o2 5g Router so it could work on the new address?

Hello @sternchen2.0 ,

you should be able to “move” the contract to your new address in the same way that you’d have a normal DSL contract moved. It’s best that you contact the english hotline for the move, if you haven’t done this yet.

    Hello O2 team, I would extremely appreciate your feedback here - right now the router is a dead weight and I would love to use the Internet :)
