add PrePaid SIM card to Meine O2 app

Hi all,

I have a home internet contract which I am managing through Meine O2 app. I would like to add my Prepaid mobile service to the app as well. Actually I ordered one more for my infant, so I will add a second one as well. Is that possible? I could not find the option for this.

Hello @andrasb ,

you can also use the mein o2 App for your prepaid, it’s just that you’ll have separate logins for it.

Hello @andrasb ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

For contracts to be visible within the mein o2 App, they have to be within the same account in our databank. As o2 Home and Prepaid contracts run on two separate databanks itself, it’s not possible with this combination.

could you please recommend me another app to manage my service? Top it up, check how much data I have left, etc.?
