Hi, can you also activate conference calls for me as well, please.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

The number that your account is connected to, belongs to a prepaid card. The conference function is only open to postpaid contracts. If you have any contracts aside from the prepaid one, then we’d be happy to activate conference calls there.
