accidently terminated my prepaid data pack

Please help me getting my prepaid data pack again I need it for traveling

In a modern world nearly everything relies on internet connections. Without a data package many services are unusable.

I had a look into this, it seems to me you were already in touch with our customer service? Does everything now works like it should? :-)
