Accidently booked two packages and balance was deducted for both S and L package

I have a prepaid sim and my L package is renewed automatically, it was renewed on 21.04.2026 which I didn't use at all but this time I wanted to shift to the S package and topped it up on 22.04.2026 but my L package order was already renewed and now amount for both packages from my bank account are deducted.

According to o2 policy, my payment can ve reimbursed if I contact within 14 days and I haven't used the package. So please reply ASAP.

Please help me reimburse.

Hello.

I contacted the team and an online agent said that my amount will be reimbursed to my o2 account within 2 days but it still hasn't been done yet.

What should I do? Please help
