Dear Community,

I've mistakenly activated the product "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" today few minutes ago which costs 9.99 euros, which I don't want to use. It’s was a mistake. I wanted to buy “Prepaid L pack”. Is there a way I can can cancel the data pack? I would like to continue Prepaid L Pack only.

Welcome to the community.
I have now deactivated the pack again and the amount for it has been credited. 
The my Prepaid L Pack has been booked directly.
