Accidentally activated my o2 prepaid data pack! Please help!

Dear Community,

I've mistakenly activated the product "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" today morning which costs 9.99 euros, which I don't want to use. The reason behind activating it was when I charged 15euros to my prepaid credit to reactivate the "o2 my prepaid S", the status of the pack was 'waiting for the credit charge (in German)'. I thought I have to cancel it and repurchase it to use it immediately. After I terminated the product, I found out that the credit I had was already 9.99 euros lower than before. I assume that the datapack was activated again automatically right after I've topped up my credit, but the status wasn't updated. Is there a way I can restore?

Please note not to open different threads for the same topic. Therefore, you now find all your threads here. 

 

According to your wish, I have just deactivated the data-package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L”. Your tariff includes now only “o2 my Prepaid S”. 

 

As you have a withdrawal period of 14 days, you just received the charged amount for the package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” back again. 

 

I hope you are fine with this solution. 

 

If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to come back to our English Community. 

 

By the way, if you like just feel free to look arround in our o2 Community. We have here some good suggestions for you:

I just want to deactivate "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" which i don't use and carry on next month to activate "o2 my Prepaid S" 

"o2 my Prepaid S" is sufficient for me

Accidentally due to language translation i placed "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" can you please help me to resolve

Similar problem had low credits hence topped up, accidentally activated "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" as it was showing 9.99Euros

I just want to deactivate "o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L" which i don't use and carry on next month to activate "o2 my Prepaid S" 

Is there any way that I can have either my credit back since I haven't use any data yet?

das Paket hast du ja schon selber direkt deaktiviert wie ich sehe, ich habe dir jetzt die Kosten für die Buchung erstattet.
