Of course, I am happy to help you to transfer your mobile phone number to your new provider, despite the fact that it is a pity for us that you leave us.
If you like to transfer your number with the date of your cancellation, you just need to contact your new provider and order the porting of your number.
The new provider will then inform us. We will charge you with 6,82 € normal porting fee.
It may be that the new provider is only able to transfer your number a few days after your deactivation date. In this case, your contract will last until the porting will take place. Advantage is that you do not have a break between the change of the providers.
