About Sim card invoice

I purchased monthly plan of 20 euros per month for the unlimited data calls and sms . Few months ago i got a call from o2 and they told me that if i did not extend my contract then my contract will be cancelled in next 2 months . I asked him will my bill got increased or not if i extend my contract . He replied me that my bill will remain same as 20 euros per month . Then i agreed to extend my contract . He extended my contract for next 2 years . 
 

And then the bill has been increased to 23 euros per month . I am using o2 sim from last 4 years but still i am surprised how o2 never say truth to their customers . They always lie . 

 

Before when i got the sim 4 years back that time o2 seller lie to me and did not provided me student discount and now this time o2 person lied and increased my bill . He lied to me that my contract will be end in 2 months perhaps i have contract valid for 1 more year .
 

I think o2 is running on lie and corruption . 

 

Today i just clicked on a advertisement in which o2 is selling their video games service . No confirmation nothing has been given from my side . Just a click on advertisement and i have purchased video game subscription . 

How easy is for o2 to earn money from their customers by making false subscription . I did not subscribe anything just clicked on add . No confirmation nothing and i will

be charged for the subscription .

 

I am surprised that how. lever and fraudulent o2 is . 

 

First they increase my tarrif and contract by lying to me and now they charge me for a subscription of  video games which i never confirmed .

those are not so nice experiences indeed.

I have ended the video game conscription for your number immediately and asked for a refund for a payment already scheduled for it.

Could you already undertake steps regarding your contract?

Oh my god , what a fraud company is o2 . 

 

on the date of 19 march 2026 , I received a call from o2 person who is providing me an additional o2 sim card free of cost . As per him , mu current bill will be reduced from 23 euros to 10 euros per month and o2 is giving me an additional o2 partner card free of cost in which i get unlimited calls data and sms . 
I confirmed many times that is it true that my current o2 sim card bill will be reduced to 10 euros per month from 23 euros . And he said yes many times . And surprise thing is that the call was recorded . 

 

After giving him consent to give me o2 partner card , I received an email in which i see one time activation charge of 40 euros and the bill for new partner card is 10 euros per month . 

 

Next day on 20 march 2026 , I call to o2 customer support immediately and tell them about everything . 
And now the o2 customer service person is telling me that sorry the information provided to you about partner sim card must be wrong . 

 

Then i immediately asked him to cancel the partner card and he did it immediately . 

 

Dear o2 authorities , please whenever someone ask that he does not speak german and only speak english , please do not make fool of him . 

 

I openly condemned the shameful and fraud acts of O2 . 

 

O2 is running only on the behalf of fraud that he do with the immigrants as we do not speak well german . 

In my life i never see this much cheap acts from any company to capture their customers . 

 

If o2 is reading this , the person who cal me for the partner card has asked me for the consent of call recording and i said him yes to record it . please check the call recording . 

 

Same this thing happened to me in the month of august 2025 and my bill has been increased to 23 euros per month from 20 euros per month . 

If you have any respect dear O2 representatives or O2 authorities or if you have any shame please resolve my both issues of monthly bill and punish the person who did fraud with me both of times .

Yes it has been revoked already because i did it by myself . 
But what o2 will gonna do for me . 

Will o2 reduce my monthly bill to 20

euros per month as before and make the contract valid untill april 2026 as it was before . 

 

As my contract has been extended on the basis of a lie and my monthly bill has been increased after saying me that my bill will remain the same .

If the contract is revoked, it will be reset to its original state.
