I am Tin Soe Tin Soe.I already transfer 11 Euro and 4.99 euro.But O2 took 19 euro from me again.Can you explain to me please?.And I will describe the pics about transfer money.

for a better understanding for the processing people, the following information is important in advance:

  • What exactly did you order?
  • When did you order it?
  • And to find out more about why o2 is charging you: please look at your bills. What exactly does it say? Which services are charged there?

You can view your bills yourself under My o2. If you have any problems understanding your bill, you can upload a screenshot of your bill here. Before you do this, however, please make sure that all your personal data has been made unrecognisable. That means your name, customer number and so on.

Please tell us now in advance exactly

  • which service you are currently using
  • and what might be wrong

then we can really take a closer look at what's going on.
