how can I verify my email address and set my password with O2 ?

For verification I have sent you an e-mail where you please click on "Jetzt bestätigen". Then the email address is verified.
According to your data both your phone numbers are already registered in the portal. If you do not know the password anymore, you can reset it here: https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/kennwort-vergessen/start

first of all, I don’t get ur email.

second, I don’t know where to check my email’s of this address *****@web.de 

3rd, can you please send me link where I can rest password for my email….. it would b great if you ll guide step by step.

the email address you have registered with us is a yahoo address. That's why you got the email for verification sent to that address. Please check the corresponding mailbox there.
You can reset the password for your emails at the respective email address provider. We have nothing to do with that here.
You can have your password for our o2 login resent to your yahoo email address here: https://login.o2online.de/idm/#/kennwort-vergessen/start

As @o2_Alina mentioned above, both numbers are already registered. You can’t register them again. Please use your mobile number as username for the login.
