Abonnement - die aktuelle Nummer behalten


Guten Morgen. Ich bin seit über 3 Jahren online. Aufgrund zu häufiger Käufe der Internetpalette bin ich zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass es besser ist, ein Abonnement abzuschließen. Wie kann ich es von meiner Kontoposition aus tun, um meine aktuelle Nummer zu behalten?

I have been in the o2 network for over 3 years. Too often I have to buy internet packages, so I came to the conclusion to take a subscription. Please help me how can I do it from my o2 account but be sure to keep my current number. If there is anyone who can help me with this I will be grateful

I assume you are currently using a prepaid card from us. If you were to enter into a contract with us now, you can take your number from the prepaid card with you to the contract, that is possible.

you should have the option to bring your number over directly when you order your new contract. Or alternatively you can also start the process once you have your new contract online through the “mein o2” of the new contract.

unfortunatelly it is not available. I have already tried to order a subscription but there is no option to leave the number

Where exactly are you trying to create the order? Did you try to select a subscription through the Website?

On the checkout page (where you have to enter your contact and address details), you have the possibility to set a check and enter the phone number you want to take with you.
