5G not working in new address

Hello

I have contract of 5G and it used to work good in my previous address. Now when I have changed my address I only get LTE network and I have to still pay for 5G. Is it possible to cancel or degrade contract? I am paying more and not getting enough speed.

What contract do you have with us? In most cases 5G access is included without an extra fee.
