1 Day pack payment cancelation and service normalization

My Prepaid sim is currently unavailable because of this BUT this purchase was made "automatically" by O2 website! I was only trying to check the payment method at the moment. I decided not to pay for it because I didn't even use 1 KB after the purchase was made, and I even visited the offline store to check if everything is okay to leave it just like this, because the hotliner told me to do so.

I furthermore immediately canceled the packet after O2 made me buy it, and now I got the message. My LTE is not working even though I have my data left.

I don't understand why I have to pay for the service I didn't want and didn't meant to buy. I want the confirmation of cancellation and get the internet service back to normal.

You have entered your bank details in Mein o2 and selected at least the following top-up option.

 

With this selection, a selected option is activated immediately, even if the prepaid credit is not sufficient at that moment and the fee is debited from the specified bank account a few days later.

 

If o2 cannot collect the fee from the bank account, the prepaid balance will be debited and it can happen that the balance “slips into the red” (negative balance) and the card is blocked, until the balance is at least zero. In addition, o2 charges a fee of 4 euros.

 

The o2 my Prepaid Day-Pack L option is not activated automatically. The user must select it himself and then confirm the booking again. If you have booked an option by mistake, you can cancel it within 14 days via customer service as long as the option has not been used and the fee will also be refunded.
