02 gratis willkommen internet kard

Hello everyone, yesterday at the O2 shop I got a free card for using the internet for 30 days (I use it a lot for work and I'm currently in De)
The shop staff did the complete procedure and said that I will be notified by sms about the activation. Here, 20 hours later, the card is not working,.
 Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions. Thank you.
  P.S. in the description of the network on the phone it says Willkommen but without the function

welcome to our o2 community 😊

Usually, the SIM card would be activated directly in the shop. Have you already restarted your smartphone with it?

If it’s still not working you should ask the shop to check it and to exchange it if necessary.

    Can i use hotspot for my 42.99 euro internet package with 2 sim cards? One is 4gb and the other one is unlimited.

    Yes, you can use a hotspot. it is best to use the Unlimited for this.
