I just avail an iphone 11 pro max via o2 website. And I only ordered 1 unit. How come when I received the 1st email, they sent me an order of 2 units? Is it possible to change that? It should be 1 unit only. Thanks

If you are sure that you got a confirmation for 2 devices, I would like to ask you to return one device back to us within the withdrawal period of 14 days.
