Hattest du denn einen My Home Mobilfunkvertrag mit HomeSpot oder einen DSL Vertrag mit Router bestellt? Hattest du nach deiner Bestellung eine Bestätigung erhalten?

are you just missing the router and the actual internet connection was activated or has there also been some issue with that?

First of all, I signed up for the service in September and my first charge was in November. However, I never received the SIM Card or router until February. My contracted plan was for 32.98 euros per month.
In February, I finally received the devices, and I was double charged for the SIM Card, when I did not request two SIM cards. Furthermore, the cost of my plan has been increased to 34.99 euros per month.
Additionally, I have never received any compensation for the 4 months that I did not use the service, which was due to your company.
Why have you changed me the amount of the contract without prior notice?
Why have you charged me for 2 SIM Cards that I did not request?
Why have you not provided any compensation for the 4 months that I did not use the service due to your poor shipping service?
