Hi community, I returned home from a holiday to find my O2 home hun is signalling that Wi-Fi is coming in (all lights are blue) but the WLAN keeps going from green to flashing red. I’ve moved the home hub all over the house and it’s doing the same. I’ve logged on to the router and completed a hard reset, no change. Downloaded the O2 my service app - no change. I’ve taken pictures….

Is it just a matter of a new SIM? I’m still in contract but due to leave Germany in Jul. I have already sent canx notification to O2 but for 17 Jul.

can anyone help?

Hello @Jaqy,

welcome to our o2 Community 😊

I've just looked at your case, I'm sorry that there seems to have been a misunderstanding here because of your cancellation. I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Our staff has provided you with a free replacement SIM card, I hope everything works again to your satisfaction.

I suppose that you are using the SIM card in your homespot still? Since it is being reclaimed due to the cancellation, I wrote to the responsible department that they should wait a little longer with the request to send it back.

As soon as I get a response from there, I'll let you know.

Best regards

Giulia

Thank you! As soon as the contract is over I will send the hub back :-)

So….I’ve been charged €60 which I assume is because we haven’t returned the home hub? The free months SIM ran out on 13th and I’m about return the home hub. Can the payment/charge be canx’d

Hi @Jaqy

Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry, we cannot cancel the charged fee, but if you return the router in a timely manner, you will of course receive a refund.

Please use our returns portal to return the router.

Kind regards Matze
