I’ve been using O2’s wifi and landline services for 3 months and they have been the worse providers I’ve had yet. The wifi won’t keep a stable connection at all with miserable speeds, I’ve reset my router about two dozen times within the last month and it is only a quick fix for about 20 minutes before it returns back to its miserable state. We got a decent contract with a landline as well which we barely use, one of the few times I needed to use it there was no service and the phone was unavailable for the time being. Is there anyway to cancel my contact due to lack of speed which we were promised or a way to fix it so we receive the a services we paid for?
