wifi not yet activated

I have being trying for 2 months now . Frist i did not have the  glasfasser id and somehow i advised o2 to send a techinian , and a techician came after a month , he helped me get the Glasfaser id ,Now after getting  the id still there is an error not able to connect it , i gave the modem id at the final step and then they show an error. O2 as usaul took the payment  for my wifi . And me here with no wifi, thanks o2 🙏 . I called the dodos 🦤 at customer service no help they say they created a ticket still no idea what o2 is paying them to do . Anyways i will try this monday again if no help i am switching provider
