Wifi constant interruption

Hi, I am facing issues with my Wifi ever since I started working from home. My Wifi stops working for 5-10 minutes at random times, it happened 20 minutes ago again, and usually once per few days. Could you please let me know what the issue is? Very difficult to work with, tried resetting but the problem keeps appearing from time to time.

    Hello and welcome to the O₂ Community ,
    You probably use a HomeBox 2? Here you can try to enter the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz different SSID or switch off one of the two networks.

    Hi, thank you for answering. No, I am using a Fritzbox - I pay extra monthly for it.. What can I do on the Fritzbox to fix this, do you know?

    @Kai98765 what model? 7490 or 7590? What devices have problems? (Mobile, Laptop)
