Why I cant see my bill payment?

Hello, guten nacht. 

 

Im new here, and I cant see my bill payment and “mein daten” the website does not work… 

 

Someone can help me?

Hello @Carletto93,

in order to use the Mein o2 area on the online portal it is necessary that your register the landline number of this DSL contract. If you do not know the phone number you should also find it in the web interface of your router.

Prior to register that number please make sure you are logged out of the online portal and our community to ensure there will be no issues with cookies our you may register the number in a separate inkognito window of your browser.

After that you should be able to access your monthly invoice :-)

Please make sure that you login using your landline phone number that belongs to your o2 DSL contract.

I have rented a flat that has DSL with O2. Last landlords had contract and we changed the line owner. I have not german Number :(

Every o2 DSL contract includes a fixed-network telephone number. You can find it on the order confirmation as well as in the menu of o2 Homebox and AVM Fritzbox. It is the same telephone number of the previous connection owner. You should be familiar with it.
