Hello. My internet is already activated 23/07/2024, but I don't have internet connection. I don't understand what the problem is. My FritzBox site says there is no IPv4 and IPv6 connected. I called the hotline and they created a ticket for offsite service . I want to know when they are coming because there has been no feedback. Thanks for the reply.

Hello. My problem is not resolved. The technician said that there is internet, but the router may not be working properly, which is why there is no internet connection. I can come to the O2 store with the router. Will they be able to set it up there so that I can have internet at home later?

I suspect that going to the store with the router will not work. Is your router from us? Then the colleagues on the hotline can check the router with you and send a replacement router if necessary. Have you already contacted them?
