What is happening with Cable internet these last days?

Hello,

We got cable internet in December and it was working perfectly until these last two days! Constant disconnects and downtime! Is there anything happening that we are not informed or what is the problem?
Tested with cable/wireless the connection is okay, but as you can see DNS ping is non stop with timeouts! Yesterday the downtime was fully with not a single reply coming back.
We have a new updated 6660 Fritz Box.
