Hello curtomer care,
its been now 3 days that i am trying my best to get in touch with O2 to update my DSL contract to 100Mbits Speed , problem is that i don't speak German.
I tried my luck with hotline, i also get through the English speaking agents, but since i am an existing customer i need to go through another department who does not speak English.
What can i do here
- either i request you to call me back with someone who speaks English
- or please let me know ow if i can do it by going personally to a O2 store
