URGENT INTERNTER NOT WORKING FROM 12 days


Hello. My internet has been failing for 13 days. The hotline is useless I have been calling everyday and listening same thing there is no further movement to on my Ticket 9906046 .
 

However, my internal logs show nearly one million uncorrectable errors on DOCSIS 3.0 Channel 1, and five-digit errors on DOCSIS 3.1 Channels 33 and 34. This is a severe line noise / hardware fault at the house amplifier. Please open a technical ticket directly with the network engineering team

 

I URGENTLY NEED THIS TO BE FIXED

What information has the technical support team given you "every day"?

The house amplifier is not o2's responsibility. Have you talked to your landlord about the problem? Do other people in your building also have issues?

Hi 

I am sorry this is not house issue as I spoke to everyone in the building and everyone has fine internet.  Last time techincal guy visited and said this is something from the o2 backend.  
 

it was working fine from last 4 month’s and now suddenly drop and sometime start working again normal for 20,40 mints

If nobody else in the building has the problem, then it Is unlikely to be a cable network issue but a local problem in your building. If it was an issue with the network or with the building entry point, your neighbours would have the same problems.

Where was the "technical guy" from? Vodafone?

The errors shown in the image do not identify exactly where the problem is.

Yes the guy us from Vodafone and he came last Saturday 13 june

he changed the a small wire in the basement of building and also the point in my apartment where internet is connected.  
 

he said he can see anything and surprised where the Issue is.  He said contact o2 either the problem with tour router or something from o2 side.

I assume you have tried restarting the router? Could you perhaps test your router in a neighbour's apartment?

I tried restarting so many times nothing changed sometimes it works for 10,25 mints

Is there any way to fix the issue or someone can completely inspect and give the solution?  my suffering is getting soo long.

Could you perhaps test your router in a neighbour's apartment? If the router is defective it would need to be replaced.

I don’t think so my neighbours has O2 connection,  

I am gonna check with them.
