1.) did you use a rented Router from o2 or you have you own? Did you pay monthly for a router from o2? Do you want in the der use your own router?
2.) did you have a flex contract or 24 months contract
3.) did you have check the available speed for your adress online at the webpage from o2? 100 Mbit is available?

I have extended your DSL contract by 24 months and changed the tariff to o2 My Home L on 14.9.2020, which is the earliest possible date.
The extension of the contract and the tariff change will be confirmed in writing. In the attachment of this e-mail you will find, among other things, a revocation instruction. So if you decide to change your mind after all, that is no problem. The extension of the contract and the change of tariff can be cancelled within 14 days.
